Why spring is the most competitive time to buy

From around Easter through to early summer, demand for campervans peaks. People are planning trips, bank holidays are coming, and good vans can sell within days. That puts sellers in a strong position and leaves buyers with less time to think, less room to negotiate and more competition for the best vans.

Why autumn and winter work in your favour

Buying out of season has some real advantages:

• Less competition, so you have time to view, compare and ask questions

• Sellers are often keener to agree a deal before winter

• You get months to sort insurance, extras and any tweaks before your first spring trip

Buying from a specialist converter usually means a known build quality, proper certification and someone to call if you have questions later.
